The works submission will be done using Google forms. There is an option to upload a PDF file of your work.

Poster

The works will be presented in the form of a poster, although the academic committee may invite some authors to give oral presentations. There is no defined template for the poster text, but it is necessary to follow the following guidelines:

Formatting Guidelines:

• The poster should have an upper cord allowing it to be hung.
• Maximum dimensions: 1m x 1m.
• The title, author(s), and supervisor(s) should be indicated at the top.
• Recommended font sizes:
  • Title: size 70 (1.5cm in height)
  • Authors and supervisors: size 50 (1cm in height)
  • Text: size 28 (0.7cm in height)

Strive for a good balance between text and illustrations; the latter should occupy a larger area.

Oral communications (short lectures)

Presentation of a topic related to Differential Geometry with a duration of 30 minutes.


For proposal submission, it is necessary to fill out the provided form between February 05, 2024, and May 21, 2024. This should include uploading a file containing the abstract of the work, comprising a maximum of 3 pages.
